A small hidden cove worthy of its name (“Paradise”), where pines meet the sea on the peninsula’s north, with turquoise, shallow water.

On the Göltürkbükü shoreline, a small inlet where pine trees almost touch the water, Cennet Cove takes its name (“Paradise”) from its very look. Thanks to its north-facing position on the peninsula, its water is calm, shallow and surprisingly clear; the sea that stays low for a long way from shore makes the cove a safe haven for families with children and for those seeking a quiet swim. The colour gradients from turquoise to deep blue and the green hills behind give the cove a postcard appearance.

Though Göltürkbükü is one of the Bodrum peninsula’s best-loved holiday areas, Cennet Cove is a relatively quiet pocket within this lively setting. Visited early in the morning or out of season, it offers an almost untouched serenity. The scent of pine around the cove, the shade and the clear water make it one of the peninsula’s most pleasant corners for a short sea break. The jetties, cafés and sunset views of Türkbükü and Gölköy lie right alongside.
